Workshops with school children on female foeticide Datamation Foundation held two workshops with Public school teachers of West and South Delhi to raise awareness about sex selective tests and abortion. The workshops were supported by the Population Foundation of India, and were held in July and August 2005. The sole purpose was the capacity building of teachers to act as knowledge transmitters to students and spread the message about ‘Save the Girl Child’. Workshop reports: |
